Are you a natural-born Hunter? At MPM, we are looking for a driven, autonomous Sales Representative to conquer your territory and build a brand-new market from scratch.
100% remote (Home Office), traveling only for client visits and industry events.
Your Mission:
• Conquer & Build: Proactively identify new leads and build a long-term pipeline.
• On the Field: Visit factories/warehouses and pitch directly to safety engineers.
• Pipeline & Sales: Use CRM/ERP to track growth, issue quotes, and close deals.
• Expertise & Network: Supervise installations and attend local trade shows.
• HQ Synergy: Report on market performance to our headquarters in Italy.
