Whether for spot market or contract business, it keeps clients, contractors, and all involved parties informed with real-time shipment updates, leveraging automatic status notifications, precise ETA (estimated time of arrival) calculations, and reliable GPS data. Live Shipment Tracking can be seamlessly accessed directly on the TIMOCOM Road Freight Marketplace or integrated into existing TMS or ERP systems via Interface / API, providing flexibility and ease of use for diverse business needs.
TIMOCOM AI
TIMOCOM AI, the feature within the Road Freight Marketplace, extracts data from PDFs, emails, screenshots, and Excel files and converts it into freight offers – in less than 20 seconds. Vehicle details, loading meters, and translations are automatically added. You can create up to 30 freight offers simultaneously using TIMOCOM AI. And best of all, TIMOCOM AI is free to use for all TIMOCOM customers.
Closed Freight Exchange
The Closed Freight Exchange is designed for companies that prefer to allocate freight within a trusted network before reaching the open freight exchange. It allows you to define your own group of partners, set clear rules, and manage freight offers more efficiently while maintaining flexibility within the TIMOCOM Marketplace.

TIMOCOM's feature Deals makes freight allocation easier and efficient. All it takes is one click to assign, one click to accept – and after delivery, both partners can rate each other directly. With Deals you obtain directly a digital confirmation of the freight assignment – like an initial handshake.
