End-of-Line
Actemium offers a specific package of End-of-Line solutions, for a most efficient handling of the post-production processes followed by your products. We are specialized in palletizers, and provide software development for stacking patterns, X-Y-Z positioning, etc. For robotics as well, we offer an appropriate solution, brand-independent and throughout the entire project life cycle, from consultancy up to and including commissioning. With OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) we look for the bottlenecks: real-time monitoring and machine analysis are the foundations of our customized approach. Finally, we are also your preferred partner for quality control. By means of vision systems, data collection and identification, you acquire a quality-guaranteed production process, with clear insight into the operations and output of your installations.
Data collection
Production companies must be able to flexibly anticipate new legislations and regulations as well as the quickly changing needs of customers. To achieve this, an automation solution offering a sound registration of all acts and a traceability of the used material, semi-manufactured articles and parts, is essential. Actemium looks for the most appropriate method to guarantee an optimal integration from your office towards your shop floor. Which solution fits best, depends on the ERP-system and the functionalities you wish to employ on the shop floor. Depending on these, functional Warehouse-, Production- and Field Force-packages are available. Ensure optimal leverage from your earlier investment in ERP or other management systems, by realizing 100% compatibility between the shop floor and these systems. The purpose is to optimize your processes on the shop floor.
Voice
Voice techniques for voice-controlled order picking enable your warehouse employees to keep their hands free, to be completely focused on their activities and thus to work more efficient and to make less mistakes. "Actemium Voice for ERP" takes the logistic processes in your warehouse to a higher level, allowing you to keep working cost-efficiently. We use best-practices templates and workflows, based on global voice implementations, which are set up in detail together with you during a workshop. This way we simplify and shorten the implementation, making sure that the system exactly fits in with your processes.
Mobility
Actemium is at your service for the selection, implementation and management of robust wireless networks and mobile computers, for use inside or outside your company. Actemium thus helps you in choosing the right PDA, tablet, handheld or fork-lift truck terminal. Our brand-independence allows a wide selection of all A-brands within the industry. Actemium is also at your disposal for the implementation of a perfectly covering and secured wireless network, for example for barcode scanning, office applications on laptops or tablets, or internet access for your guests. To conclude, our Mobile Device Management-solution enables an easy and central management of your various types of mobile computers and phones, including security and updating.
WCS
The Actemium WCS is applied as an intelligent operation layer on top of the material handling systems. The WCS is based on a many years’ project experience in high-level controls for production automation and logistics automation. The Actemium approach distinguishes itself by offering solutions specifically oriented towards the customer, combined with standardization where it has proven to be successful. The WCS is based on the most recent Microsoft technology and founded on real-time performance and robust equipment integration, and can be delivered stand-alone or as a part of a WMS.
WMS
Actemium offers a Warehouse Management System that consists of flexibly configurable pre-defined modules for all common logistic activities in your warehouse. The Actemium WMS is developed from a many years’ experience with and a profound knowledge of logistic processes, and its basic principle is to add only those functionalities that your ERP is lacking in, without overlap. By extending your ERP-system with the Actemium WMS, you can achieve a flexible and open solution, which fits in 100% with your present and future wishes.

Robotics

Palletizing & Revamping
With more than 25 years of experience with palletizers, Actemium offers specialized solutions that are custom-made, e.g. for operator-adaptable stacking patterns, high precise X-Y-Z positioning, sequence flowcharts, etc. In revamping, Actemium stands out within the industrial market. On the one hand by using a standardized revamping methodology that has proven its success for many years now, on the other hand by offering a broad functional knowledge of various types and brands, something that can only be offered by a brand-independent integrator. That way we can analyze objectively, and present the most suitable solution.
