Chez Nefab, nous étudions avec nos clients de nouvelles façons de proposer des solutions d'emballage et de logistique réduisant les coûts et les émissions de CO2. Ceci avec une protection personnalisée optimale et complète du produit.
Avec plus de 70 ans d'expérience et une présence dans plus de 30 pays, la conservation des ressources naturelles a toujours été un élément important de notre culture d'entreprise. Conformément à cette ambition, nous avons investi dans le développement de notre outil ACV baptisé Nefab GreenCALC. En utilisant GreenCalc, Nefab peut aider votre entreprise à atteindre vos objectifs de développement durable.
Nos solutions d'emballage sont conçues, prototypées et testées par notre réseau mondial d'ingénierie, qui possède une connaissance et une expertise approfondies des matériaux. Cela se fait dans des laboratoires certifiés ISTA à travers le monde. Nous combinons la livraison et la coordination mondiales des emballages avec des services et une assistance logistiques locaux. The Nefab ExPak is an exclusive line of engineered packaging solutions to meet all industrial packaging needs. It is designed to transport products of all kinds and provides maximum protection, even in the most demanding conditions. ExPak is tested and approved in our ISTA-certified labs in accordance with international standards to support all modes of transportation. It is a nail-less, collapsible, export-compliant plywood box ideal for heavy, sensitive, and high-value goods.
FiberFlute
FiberFlute is a fiber-based packaging solution that provides outstanding cushioning performance for a wide range of products. FiberFlute is an eco-friendly alternative to foam and is 100% paper-recyclable.
EdgePak Straw
EdgePak Straw is a strong and resilient fiber-based solution that can be recycled as easily as a sheet of paper. Its foldable corners are made from strawboard, creating a strong moisture-resistant construction that can stack over 4 tons. The straw fibers are short and very stiff compared to wood fibers. When combined, the straw layers provide the material with great strength. With straw-based solutions, we are innovating to lead the way toward smarter and more sustainable supply chains.
WoodFoam
WoodFoam est une solution d'emballage souple et absorbant les chocs qui offre plusieurs avantages par rapport aux matériaux traditionnels tels que le plastique et la mousse PE. L'utilisation de fibres souples permet d'adapter l'emballage à la forme et aux dimensions du produit. Cela le rend mieux protégé pendant le transport et le stockage. WoodFoam offre des performances G inférieures. Cela peut être particulièrement important pour les produits fragiles ou cassables, sensibles aux chocs et aux vibrations.
