Products & services

KARSAFE
The KARSAFE system provides a high level of safety in the loading bay area when the use of wheel chocks is not useful or possible. Automatic trailer detection starts the loading cycle. The door is authorised to open after an automatic CDC (CLOSED DOOR CONTROL) self-test. In normal use, the operator does not need to take any action at the start or end of loading.

Risk analysis of the truck dock area
The truck manoeuvring and docking area is one of the most dangerous in any company. Every year, there are several fatalities and serious accidents in this area. Our role is to carry out a specific analysis of exposure to the 3 known fatal risks and to suggest ways of improving them, tailored to each budget.

MAX260
The MAX260 wheel chock is a manually positioned wheel chock. It is the ideal solution when traffic is light and the budget does not allow for investment in an automatic wheel chock. Suitable for almost all types of vehicles thanks to its 260 mm locking height, the MAX260 wheel chock can be easily installed by the driver or warehouse operator. Contactless wheel detection allows the door to be opened. The grooved plate anchored to the floor prevents the chock from slipping when forklift trucks pass through the trailer. Safety level FEM 12.008 class 2.
KING470
The KING470 automatic wheel chock is designed for professionals who want to achieve the highest level of safety for their forklift operators. Thanks to its height of 470 mm, it is impossible for it to move unintentionally or intentionally. Its unique patented ‘TOUCH & BLOCK’ principle effectively protects all types of mudguards and side boxes. The KING470 has no mechanical wear parts. Its TCO is the lowest on the market in this category of equipment.
